"Her.AhQuinFoToZ."

Numero Uno project for 2010 is to launch my new IDEAS! I'm going to let it out in tidbits, because I'm hoping that I'll be able to pull it off! The suspense is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to show you all. Hopefully my new outlook on photography won't scare anyone away! There's so much to do and so little time to do them! The game is hard because there are so many AWESOME photogs out there willing to sink their teeth into your work and make theirs better... but this time I'm taking it back "OLD SCHOOL"  and working my way back to the "MODERN WORLD!" A series if you will, of my perspective on "Life" through my eyes! Birth, Death, 'happyness,' everything. That's my main project I HOPE to launch throughout 2010, and I hope you all will love the outcome! 

Got a few ideas and tricks up my sleeve for the new year! Can't wait to let them out on my blog! Hope everyone will love them, as much as i think i love them right now! :) To be continued!!! 

Over the holiday season it was so busy! Full of food, fun, family, and fotoz! Before christmas time hit, I was able to take some family pictures for my older brother and his family! His wife Moana is the greatest and I wouldn't have asked for a better sister in law and wife for Alvin! Hyrum is the oldest boy, he was a handful but he was acting EXACTLY like a child would act! ;) Then there's sweet little Ezra, the quiet HAPPY baby! Always willing to smile when you talk to him! I love my nephews! The hat that you see on Ezra's head is yes, another creation by "ME" it was too big so we had to scrunch it! :) But I'm grateful for my brother giving me the opportunity to do my first family shoot! YAY! Enjoy everyone!

The first one is my older brother Alvin AhQuin, he started the hype with Blogspot and AHQUIN FOTOZ! His style is one of a kind and he is way talented with the Graphics portion of editing. I think that if you ask him something about Cars, he'll tell you "i don't know" lol... but when it comes to laying stuff down on the computer... THE DOC knows! :) I loved this picture that he took on a workshop with his friend Maka. Who would've know that his little side kick would lead him to UPGRADING and starting a business! Keep up the great work Doc! I love you brother! Thank you for everything!


The other person is my cousin's wife. Her name is Marianna AhQuin. She is totally the multi-talented mom that I strive to be one day! :) She models (that's her in the picture!) her own stuff, she edits, and is the photog! While taking care of her son, and picking up after her husband, she stays up and edits! :) I wish she could do my close ups when I start to drop all my "Happy Weight!"  lol... but for now I just wanted to shout out her photography skills, and for the modeling agencies out there, "i'm her manager! lol..." just kidding! Good job sis! Keep rockin dem AhQuin skills! :)

Yesterday was an interesting FRIDAY! You see, it was my first time on the WENDOVER "FUN BUS" tour. I went with my husband, My sister Trisha and her husband Oj, my 2 brothers Denzel and Bruce and my cousin Peni! The way to Wendover was way fun and Massey won TWICE in Bingo! (No luck with the penny slots though lol...) We ate at the Buffet, then played a little and then watched a band play live! They were good! I get bored really fast though so it was good that I looked up and seen all the bright lights! Even though I took pictures with the phone, they actually didn't come out too bad... I know that if I had my camera they would've been a lot better, but the moment was priceless and now I have memories embedded into my brain for a lifetime! Any time that I have to spend time with family is better than Materialistic things! My brother Bruce won $100 dollars from the penny slots and then went back to $25...lol...but he had so much fun winning, and it was good to see him enjoy himself! My cousin Peni won $50 bucks from the penny machines too! I just kept going down... He he... It was a sign after I lost my $5 dollars...so I stopped! lol... I took a picture of the machine I played on and I added $5 dollars to the other money people lost! But I had so much fun and I would do it again! :) EXCEPT for the ride home on the bus... SNOW and BIG BUSES with 52 passengers...Don't mixx! :) Thanks again guys!

My Hero in this life and in the next life to come, many new him and more loved him. His name is Julian Kanoa "Pyrotek" Yarbrough. He was born into this world September 19th 1989 and he was diagnosed with Leukemia when he was 10 years old. He went through so much in so short amount a time. Never will there be anyone who I know (except the savior) that will be stronger than he. He inspired me with his love for God, and without him I never would've known all the things that I know about Photoshop. He passed away on November 7th 2009, I never realized how hard I was taking his passing until I came home from California. I miss him more and more everyday, but I know that he is with us and we will be with him on the Lord's time.  Words could NEVER replace the life that he lived and feelings can only express themselves to a certain extent. Rest in Peace my brother! I love you and miss you! Til we meet again Joosey!

So the boss upstairs has just blessed me with so many talents that I just have to share them with blogspot! I learned how to make beenies from my mom last year...(Thanks Mom!!!) and I just sort took it to the next step... I've sold many to friends and family... I'm not thinking of going BIG any time soon. These are really old pictures and I need to take pictures of my newer stuff, but since my little side kick is down that won't be happening until my husband feels like surprising me! HINT HINT! lol... but I make a lot of stuff! Here's some of my beenie caps that I have done for people! Thinking of naming my business after my little cousin who just recently passed away. I have to get better first... don't want to disgrace his name.
